In Person Training

Whether you’re just starting out in your fitness journey or you’ve been working out for awhile and just need that extra push in the gym, personal training would be a great option for you! My clients get the full experience. You will have the option to add on a customized nutrition plan catered specifically to you, a customized workout plan to do on the days we don’t train together, we will do weekly photo check ins and monthly weigh ins & measurements, and you will have my personal phone number to text me at anytime throughout your fitness journey. I expect each client that I work with to put in 150% effort into their nutrition & training. Communication is key when working with me. I communicate with my clients on a daily basis. Description

What You Get.

  • Packages of 10 or 20 sessions
  • All sessions are 50 or 30 minutes in length
  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly in person check ins (whatever you prefer)
  • Each package comes with an option to add workout programming to do on the days we don’t train together as well as a customized nutrition program
  • We will discuss what macros are and why we count them
